Dear A.N.D. family
We hired A.N.D. contracting on April 28th of this year, to turn our basement into a living area. The basement completion project was started on May 20th. The project was fully completed on July 3rd.
From the beginning (confirming wall & door placements, solving the inevitable challenges, etc.) and through out the duration of construction, we found all of you to be patient, positive and extremely helpful with observations and suggestions when we needed them. The professional attitude shown by the crew (company t-shirts, prompt start times, the doing "whatever it takes to get it done") company work ethic, confirmed our first impressions.
Speaking of first impressions we thank, wholeheartedly, Trevor, who was our first contact with your company and continually gave us confidence in the success of the job. From his initial estimate, through to the final payment, he was always organized, updated us on progress and payments, all with a business like attitude, which we appreciated. Also, thanks to Kevin and most especially Larry, with their experience, great humor and seemingly easy ability to solve any problem. Finally we'd like to thank the entire crew for their efficiency, attention to detail and good humor (not to mention the though clean up at the end). They seem to LIKE working for your company!
After such a positive experience with you, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company for any new or renovation work. Your family owned company turned an idea into a place our family enjoy and look forward to enjoying in the future.

Dear Mr. Jaculak
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your crew - Chantel, Larry and you in particular - for all your efforts while restoring our home. We appreciated the care you took in your workmanship; inasmuch, your company treated our home as if it were your own. You took pride in your work, ensuring the job was done to your satisfaction before showing us the work completed.
Our home's demise was caused by the poor workmanship of another tradesman. Our trepidation of tradesmen in general evaporated somewhat, and of you entirely, once we saw the quality and meticulous workmanship you demonstrated. You gained our trust immediately.
You were respectful of our home and family, and understood the stress we faced.

Our experience with A.N.D. Contracting was excellent from start to finish. From the initial quote through to the final walk-through we couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with on our basement development project. A.N.D. Contracting were always courteous, ontime, and most importantly did what they said they would do; provide quality workmanship on time and on budget. A.N.D. Contracting are a family owned and operated organization that we really felt could be trusted in our home when we weren't there. We will not hesitate contacting A.N.D. Contracting on any future projects we are considering.
